Enriched Premium News

You can now combine the Premium News source type with any other source type in Open Search and the Competitive Intelligence dashboard. This new capability brings more depth, recall, and content quality to searches and analyses.

Advanced Query Builder Enhancements

It’s easier than ever to conduct Boolean queries in Open Search thanks to the new operator menu that allows you to view and select the available operators. The desired operator can be selected by pressing the enter key or by clicking on it. It is now also possible to save your query.

Export an event to PDF

Events like controversies or positive impact events can now be exported to a PDF. These PDFs include the article as well as key metadata such as the taxonomy categories, Intensity Score, sentiment, and more.
