Email Alerts
SESAMm sends email notifications when new ESG events are detected for companies you monitor. Each alert delivers a summary email and an attachment file with full document-level data. Alerts use the ESG Events use case, which organizes notifications around events rather than ESG pillars.
Note: Alert setup is managed by your SESAMm account manager. Contact them to create, modify, or cancel alerts, including the entities covered, frequency, and delivery address. The steps below explain what you receive.
What you receive
Each alert email contains a unified ESG Events table listing all new events detected since your last alert.
Events are ranked by Intensity Score. For each event you see:
- Entity: The company name
- Risks ESG pillar labels: E, S, or G. A single event can be tagged with multiple pillars simultaneously.
- Intensity: The Intensity Score for the event
- Event: The event title, linked directly to the relevant case in the SESAMm dashboard
