Email Alerts

By default, the Alerts Email is a daily email sent to you with all the potential ESG risks impacting your company's universe. Alerts are considered impactful when the intensity score is greater than or equal to 3. 

However, you can customize the reception of your Alerts Emails according to several parameters:

• Type of use case: ESG Controversies, SDG Positive Impact, or both
• Intensity Score Threshold: 1-5, with 3 recommended
• Alert frequency: Daily, weekly, or monthly
• Content type: Email content or file
• Users: Recipients of alerts
